Mach + 510 horizontal
The Mach + horizontal series is composed of HRV units for ceiling mount, to ventilate the rooms and to recover the heat that would be expelled with the exhaust air. The high-performance appliances are built with a robust sheet metal structure. They provide the rooms with the necessary air renewal rate, and recover the heat contained in the exhaust air and transfer it to the supply airflow.
Each unit is equipped with:
- Modulating brushless fans with inverter, for continuous use, energy saving and low noise.
- Air-to-air polystyrene counterflow heat exchanger, with efficiency greater than 90%.
- Supply and exhaust filters F7 class.
- Free cooling, to save cooling energy, manual or automatic according to model.
TAll units, in compliance with European ERP directives and EN standards, are provided with CE marking and related DoP.
- Field of use
The units are designed to perform the following functions:
- Provide renewal air, from outside the building, with flow rate 510 mc / h of fresh air, according to the model.
- Recover more 90% of the heat from the exhaust air extracted from the rooms to heat (in winter) and cool (in summer) the supply airflow, before it enters the rooms, with considerable energy savings.
- Filter the air coming from the outside and the air expelled from the wet rooms.
The units are suitable for use in both residential and small commercial buildings. For ceiling installation, they must be connecte to ventilation ducts.
The air renewal capacity of each unit is of 510 mc/h.
All Mach+ horizontal recuperators are equipped with free-cooling, with manual or automatic activation, according to the models, and signal of clogged filters, in compliance with ERP regulation.

Mode of operation
Fresh air is extracted from the outside, filtered and sent to the premises only after passing, in countercurrent, the high efficiency exchanger with opposite flows. In the exchanger the fresh air receives almost all the heat contained in the exhaust air, which, extracted from the rooms, is sent outside. The free-cooling device excludes the exchanger when, in summer, the outdoor temperature drops below the indoor one.
The air flow can be adjusted according to the requirements, both manually and automatically. Automatic variation is made possible by the installation of sensors capable of detecting odors and pollutants (optional).
