ANTI-CORROSION TREATMENTS

MITO is not afraid of rust or corrosion, thanks to a treatment with as many as 8 different steps in tanks for washing, degreasing, surface preparation with pickling, phosphating, and cataphoresis, which ensures resistance to more than 300 hours in salt spray.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

DURABLE COATINGS

After the numerous treatments of the steel, the first cataphoresis painting and the first baking at 180°C take place, followed by finishing with a second powder coating with epoxy-polyester powder and a second baking. The result is a unique protection against scratches and abrasions, with surfaces that are extremely pleasant to the touch and sight.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

SHOCK-PROOF PACKAGING

MITO is protected by semi-shells made of recyclable shock-absorbing material that prevents scratches and dents both during transportation and handling. Furthermore, for the product's maximum safety, the heat-shrink polyethylene coating can be removed even at the end of the installation work.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PRACTICAL INSTALLATION

The threads of MITO measure 1-1/4". The self-centering movable nuts allow for easy coupling in case deliveries need to be managed from distributor warehouses. Custom-sized pallet delivery with clear marking of the floor and apartment, as well as delivery with caps and factory-mounted reductions, facilitates the installer's work.
