Corrugated TREO ventilation duct

Flexible ventilation duct in high-density polyethylene, externally corrugated, internally smooth with antistatic, antibacterial, and fungicidal treatment.

The TREO pipe is easy and safe.

Its main advantages are:

  • Flexibility – ensures greater ease of installation and adaptation to any construction condition
  • Very low pressure drop
  • High resistance to static loads (>800 N)
  • Versatility – can be installed in false ceilings, partition walls, floor slabs, or in any cement layer
  • Certified antibacterial

Field of application

The flexible antibacterial corrugated pipe is successfully used to convey air in mechanical ventilation systems from the distribution manifolds to the air inlet or extraction grilles in the rooms.

Due to its high values of resistance to static loads and elasticity, it can be installed in false ceilings, partition walls, as well as in the floor slab or any cement layer.

Its small bending radius makes the use of curves unnecessary, allowing it to bypass obstacles and easily adapt to any construction condition.

Thanks to the antistatic and antibacterial treatments, the corrugated antibacterial pipe maintains high air quality and perfect ventilation system efficiency even over time, as it eliminates 100% of the formation of bacteria and fungi harmful to health, preventing the formation of bad odors.

The effectiveness of the duct is tested in the laboratory with a wide range of pathogens, including Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Listeria, and Aspergillus Niger.

The range consists of tubes of different diameters: DN 75 can convey up to 34 m3/h of air per duct with high silence, while the DN50 transports up to 15 m3/h. The DN50 is valuable for installation inside low-thickness substrates, such as in renovations or in particular construction conditions, such as bypassing sanitary drains or other obstacles.
