Integra Point HM
A GUARDIAN AGAINST MOLD FORMATION
Integra Point HM is a device that contains a sensor for controlling mold formation in environments. For the installation it occupies the space of a module in the plates of the civil series. The device is equipped with a particularly innovative hooking system, which allows it to be installed inside the electrical boxes with any false perforating pole of the common series of electrical boxes. The electronics are completely invisible. All that remains detectable is the sensor cover, in elegant, anodized aluminium, designed with slits allowing air to reach the sensing MEMS element.
The connection terminals are spring-loaded for a quick electrical wiring.
Due to its advanced features, the Integra Point HM sensor is patent protected.
Integra Point HM sensor is used to detect ambient humidity conditions in controlled mechanical ventilation applications in both residential and commercial buildings.
It is one of the components of "Integra Benessere".
Integra Point HM is almost invisible because the main body that contains the electronics is installed inside electrical boxes behind a common false pole of the main brands of civil electric series (Gewiss, Bticino, Vimar, Ave, etc.).
Thanks to its innovative design, only the sensitive element is in contact with the ambient air, protected by an elegant sensor cover firmly hooked to the false pole.
As evidenced by the onset graph shown in the figure, during the winter months an excessive increase in relative humidity combined with low temperatures (thermal bridges) can trigger a process of mold formation on the inner walls of the environment. In these cases, abundant ventilation allows to lower the humidity and prevent the phenomenon.
Integra Point HM provides Integra Control Air with information on the air humidity required to activate the ventilation system and prevent the formation of mold.
Integra Point HM can be installed in environments where there is a greater risk of an uncontrolled increase in humidity for the activities that take place there (laundries, bathrooms) or because they are only occasionally inhabited (taverns, cellars or underground rooms).
Integra Point HM sensors report to Integra Control Air excessive humidity values that lead to mold formation. Integra Control Air provides immediate adjustment of mechanical ventilation.
Thanks to the proprietary protocol, many sensors (even one per room) can send the information to the same Integra Control Air, which can therefore have information for each environment.

Electrical connection scheme
Integra Point Air sensor is designed to be easily inserted into a false pole by a module of the main brands on the market.
It is sufficient to drill a hole in the false pole (not supplied) with a manual drill with a diameter of 13mm of the chosen civil electric series, screw the sensor cover to the sensor body until the sensor is firmly fixed to the false pole.
To ensure perfect centering of the hole with respect to the sensor cover, it is recommended to pencil an X from the corners of the false pole before drilling.
Integra Air and HM sensors have a factory-configured network address and therefore it is not necessary to perform this operation at the moment of installation. The network address is shown with a label on the sensor box. Make sure that two sensors with the same address are not accidentally connected to the same Integra Control.
